A simple countdown launchable in one click

Learning Design¶

To open widget, it needs to be ever present (as a clock symbol?) on screen. The student or a staff member would set the time remaining by dragging a clock hand or slider (with audio output saying ‘one, two..ten..twenty’) and it would immediately set going. It would flash and beep when zero is reached. It should have on countdown both a ‘fraction’ visual (perhaps changing colour near the end) and a digital countdown. For staff use there should be an option to add images or text to appear at zero (or key intervals), e.g. ‘Your next task is….’ , or a book picture. The main function should be for users- very simple but a ‘more functions; link for staff would enable them to add reminders, prompts or images at key points.
